37, Gurgaon (An Export House, exporting Leather bags all over the

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: (Human Resources/Welfare/Administration)

> Maintaining and updating the record of Absenteeism, Leave, employee

details, employee referral, Id cards, suspension, Salary hold, salary

discrepancy.

> Assisting Managing Director in making the decisions regarding the

rules and policies for the company.

> Sending the job opening requirement to concern consultancy.

> Taking the interviews and short listing the candidates for the other

rounds of interviews.

> Maintaining the records of candidates selected and deselected.

> Completing the formalities of new joinees like - Offer letter,

Appointment letter, Bank formalities, Week offs.
