Summary

With a strong passion for music and art, I have always worked in the field that is related to art production.

Being passionate for music and art made creativity to be my bridge of communications. In my short journey in

life, I have learned two morals that I will never give up. First, everything is possible only when we believe it is

possible. Second, good leaders need to have strong communication skills. Effective communication is difficult.

Speaking and writing are certainly important, but perhaps a more important element of communication is the

ability to truly listen and figure out from where to start.

Before any big achievement, there must be small steps to consider, so I can achieve the final destination. I draw

my expectations in order to exceed the reality on the actual field. In doing that, I have never felt worried in any

step I took forward in my life.
