Logistics Specialist Second Class USN 2011 to 2013

Naval Special Warfare/Special Boat Team Twelve, 3402 Tarawa Rd. Bldg. 214, San Diego, CA 92155

My responsibilities were providing Logistics support and customer service to Naval Special Warfare, Special Boat

Team Twelve. While performing support I utilized various Logistics systems of which included; R-Supply, Micro-Snap,

Special Warfare Information Fast Tracker (Swift/BIZFLOW). My duties included but were not limited to Purchase Card

Holder responsible for ordering and purchasing maintenance items, consumables, craft repair parts as well as equipment.

In addition, I was responsible to order materials from various local, nationwide merchants and vendors using mandatory

Sources such as DOD EMALL, GSA and the R-Supply System. I routinely purchased over one hundred transactions within a

30 day billing cycle while ensuring all transactions were promptly reallocated and billings were accurate. In addition, I was

A Warehouse and Supply Custodian responsible for shipping and receiving material using FED EX, UPS, DHL and Naval

Supply Center shipping and receiving services. Duties included maintain Shipping Logs and records as well as maintaining,

monitoring and tracking warehouse documents such as receipts for Direct Turn Over / Ready For Issue items to destinations

globally. I updated Supply databases which enabled the department to track high and low limit shortfalls on hand stock within

the R-Supply System. I am a team player and when asked to step up and go above beyond I can be counted on.

A specific example was on August 2011 to December and again September 2012 to December 2012 I was asked to travel

To Det Stennis Range in Mississippi. This was independently duty where I provided direct logistics support for all Logistics

issues. I provided customer support and services which enabled me to focus on improving accuracy and timely material

management which assisted in supporting SWCC Core Skills(SCS) and Basic Ground Skills(BGS) Training Courses. My

duties included Shipping and Receiving, Material Handling, Direct Delivery Turnover, Inventory and transfer to all

departments. I reviewed, approved, submitted and received all materials by 1149 (Shipping and Requisition Document)

within (Swift/BIZFLOW). Additionally, I was the primary Purchase Card Holder and Budget Manager and was responsible

for an excess of $5.3Million in maintenance equipment, supplies and parts. I took the initiative and created electronic logs for

accountability of major and minor equipment, supply requisitions, and consumable items to ensure a complete turnover.

Storekeeper/Logistics Specialist Second Class USN 2008-2011

Naval Special Warfare/Mobile Communications Team, 2524 Munda Rd. M 403, San Diego, CA 92155

My duties included independent Store Keeper Liaison responsible for supporting over 130 personnel. I maintained

over 25,000 line items of equipment and materials which consisted of an annual budget in excess of 1.5Million. I maintained

Inventory accountability at 100% for over 3000 line items of mission critical supplies for Mobile Communications Team

One. Additionally, I was a primary Purchase Card Holder conducting nearly one thousand transactions for a total of

$932,056 dollars. I was responsible for processing over 2,000 communication equipment requirements in support of Global

War on Terrorism.

Storekeeper Second Class USN 2003–2008

Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, 9170 Second St. STE 120, Norfolk, VA 23511

I was stationed at Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Maintenance facility where I was

responsible for providing logistics support to three CONUS Navy regions and the Mediterranean areas. I provided
