Responsible for managing and maintaining several Home Mortgage Consultant’s pipelines and providing assistance
with the process of each loan. Duties include requesting title, appraisal, payoff, subordination requirements,
insurance, review each of the documents once received and maintain constant communication with the HMC’s and
processor’s within the company. Provide many forms of assistance by preserving the relationship with the borrower
and/or realtor by delivering excellent customer service. Provide several forms of organization to the staff by creating
spreadsheets and checklists to keep production high.

Process and review up to 25 mortgage loans daily to ensure they are Wells and RESPA
compliant. Consistently exceed the daily performance quota standards by 65%. Have daily interaction with
Brokers and Operations team member to resolve issues or questions. Proficient in all product types (FHA, VA, and

June – September, Priceline RESPA Specialist (Springfield, IL office). Provide customer
service daily to customers and team members by ensuring loans are RESPA compliant. Talk with 50 to 75
Broker’s daily to resolve issues and answer questions. Review GFE, validate fees, and ensure loan parameters are
acceptable to meet guidelines. Update loan level detail within the operating systems and initiate contact with Broker
upon changes.
