- Rating Agencies: Prepared presentations and follow up materials for quarterly meetings with S&P and Moody’s regarding Fidelity’s
businesses, profitability trends, and drivers. Worked with the Treasury group regarding the firm’s capital and liquidity positions.
- Regulatory: Worked closely with Fidelity’s regulatory, legal, public policy and government affairs groups to prepare presentations
supporting Fidelity’s position on Systemic Risk and Money Market Reform.

Vice President – Client and Segment Cost and Profitability (Dec 2010 to Jan 2012))
Headed up a new focus on understanding various aspects of Institutional client and segment profitability and the
cause and effect relationship between the client business activities and the costs associated with those activities. In
addition to client analytics, responsible for making recommendations for potential client actions and incorporating
findings into current and future client pricing decisions.
Vice President – Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity Capital Markets (Feb 2008 to Dec 2010)
CFO for the Trading operations within Fidelity as well as the Prime Brokerage business.
- With a group of 10 people, was responsible for the entire financial support of Fidelity’s $500M Capital Markets
business, including: Equity and Fixed Income Trading, Prime Services, Foreign Exchange, Securities Lending,
Syndicate and Structured Products.
- FP&A activities included: closing of the monthly books, product and business unit P&Ls, daily and monthly
reporting of product revenue. Responsible for signing off on all financial statements.
- Created detailed monthly revenue analytics used by the FCM President, Product Heads and the Institutional CFO
and CAO.
- Constructed the first product level balance sheet for Capital Markets business, including operating and regulatory
capital, as well as, return on capital measures. Educated the senior on the balance sheet and the impact of changes
in the business on the balance sheet, capital usage and returns on the capital.
- Implemented the price comparison and monitoring process of the firm’s Fixed Income inventory.
- Presented at company meetings, business reviews with the Institutional President, and Initiative business cases to
Institutional Investment Committees.
- Worked closely with the business unit Controller on all controls and accounting issues around the income
statement and balance sheet.
