Employee Relations & HRIS : Responsible for total coordination of HR
activities of the division which includes employee relationship, employee
engagement activities, day to day handling employees HR enquiries, issues &
solving their problems. Council the associate if there is any issue
relating to behavior, attendance & performance. Maintaing of employee
database and preparation of various reports.Maintaing details of employees
i.e. experience, skills and salary .Preparation of Hiring reports and

Payroll & Attendance - Preparing inputs of salary of the division which
