I currently involved with well know world best Company Marcegaglia S.p.a in the Lomgana plant

which is also known as Lombardia Tubi, manufacture steel tubes of various shapes and diameterswith

various Mechanical and Chemical specification based on the Clients demands and their specific

requirements.

My job is of Quality engineer which is responsible for controlling the quality of the products.

For controlling the quality I do Mechanical tests as well as chemical tests including destructive and

non destructive tests and analysis,if the products do not fulfill the specific requirements I do report

them immediately to the production responsible persons to overlook them for the problems and to

avoid more production with those properties.

My 2nd main responsibility is to control and Systemized the statistical data through various software

mainly including SAP.

My 3rd responsibility is often to communicate with the international clients for different purposes and to

satisfy them for what they looking for and to register their claims if there any.

I had gone through a experience to be part of a well known Steel production company in my home

country which is known as Aisha steel mills Karachi, I remained with this company for about an half

year with different responsibilities and tasks as internee which was for the thesis purposes. I did my

thesis with them, how to characterize the materials and how to put them into the applications. I have

gone through a various of chemical analysis where I utilized my theoretical concepts for making them

possible for what I used to be there. I did various tests for surface treatments of our products including

zinc coating as well as Aluminium coatings for our products to give better look to them and to give long

life to them keeping them away from rust and corrosion like problems, It was a wonderful experience

with them full of knowledge and technical skills.
