mixer, as indicated on batch ticket, or dump pre-weighed ingredients into
dispersion mixing machine. Depresses pedal to lower mixing blades into tank
and presses button to start blades revolving to mix and disperse
ingredients. Turn valves to drain batch through hoses. Draws sample from
batch for laboratory test and add ingredients to mixture as specified by

Level II Receiving Clerk-Responsibilities included receiving material via
UPS, FED EX and other common
carriers. Operating a variety of forklifts to support stocking and
inventory needs; Unload trucks. Also input inventory that is received into
data system by data entry or the use of a scanning gun. Perform daily
follow-up with shift management to insure accuracy of inventory.
Responsible for data entry of received inventory and making sure that
product is stocked in its correct housing locations throughout the
warehouse. Work closely with management and vendors to ensure that proper
supplies are shipped and received in an accurate and timely manner.
