Provide onsite Application (Care21) support to end users (Doctors, Nurses, Admin
staff). Care21 is a Bespoke Hospital Information Management System (HIMS)
implemented across Columbia Asia Hospital.
Perform periodic system health check and maintenance on servers, storage and
network security devices such as firewall, router, antivirus system, and etc.
Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining Software Requirements Study
(SRS) documents.
