participate in the program. I was in charge of the logistics for the African American and Hispanic Leadership
programs which took place once a year. I did all the recruiting, posting of jobs, collecting resumes and setting
up interviews for all candidates for the directorate.
Worked in the "Crafts" directorate as an HR Specialist; wrote job requisitions, posted, collected resumes,
screened resumes and set up the interviews. In charge of collecting all Performance Appraisals, reviewing for
consistency, editing and making recommendations. Worked with the Workman's Comp Manager by
providing case management analysis on all employees who went out on STD or LTD.
