Logistic Lead /Configuration Manager - (Jun ’07-Present): Nellis Air Force Base, NV

worth $45 million ensured customer had no Report of Survey Investigations in CY 2009

• Transferred 230 pieces of legacy IT hardware from our customer’s account to Department

of Homeland Security’s account giving the agency the capability to stand up 3 divisions

in Arizona and Nevada and increasing their operational capability by 25%

• Developed lesson plan for logistic billet which explained how to ship/receive, prepare

documents for DRMO, reserve transportation for shipment, and database management.

• Single-handedly in/out processed 500 hardware assets for Joint Effects Experimentation

(JEFX) 2008 and 2009, Schriever-V Wargames and Bold Quest Events. Seamless process

help desk administrators, for the Communications Focal Point Help Desk. Guidance

provided details on ticket creation, tracking, and follow-up actions affecting 186

Collaborated with team members to develop the unit’s Configuration Management Plan,

Configuration Control Board (CCB) Charter, Information System Security Plan (ISSP)

and the Continuation of Operations Plan (COOP) in preparation for

compliance with DoDI 8500.2 and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)

Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).

Prepared, submitted, and monitored Request for Variance (RFV) letter for deviation from

AOC WS Baseline configuration in accordance with Configuration Control Policy letter.

Kept leadership informed of approval status as it worked its way through the wing level

Maintained as-built Configuration Management (CM) Status Accounting records

containing baseline information on site systems, detailed floor plan diagrams,

spreadsheets, network drawings, video projections and all architectures for equipment

placement. Updated JWICS baseline to reflect hard ware model/serial number, operating

system, IP addresses, system name and floor configuration comprised of 247 IT assets

worth over $2.2 Million

Fast-tracked 13 operational requirements through Emergency CCB. As secretariat to

CCB, documented resolutions and published meeting minutes ensuring last minute

requirements were properly vetted prior to installation onto the network enclave

Stepped in as the site lead for 2 months. Developed an in-processing checklist, processed

HR forms such as employment verification, direct deposit/ corporate charge card

permanent site lead arrived

Administrative Assistant-(Feb ‘07-Jun ‘07): Nellis Air Force Base, NV

• Maintained calendar of appointments, meetings and events for the Technical Advisor to
