consultants used to accelerate the implementation projects.

At Oracle I was the main interface between the Oracle Manufacturing product teams and

the manufacturing customers. This was pre release of the Oracle Manufacturing

applications and was part of deciding and documenting the initial product capabilities.

products where going functionally and gathered/prioritized their new requirements for the

products.

I have implemented over 11 different ERP products in my career. This would include

training, analysis, modification and implementation. Have done requirements analysis at

hundreds of companies, while most being manufacturers, some were in other industries

Salesforce.com

As a independent consultant my company Summit Value Group implemented the full

SFDC CRM solution for two security software companies. Was the key liaison between the

user community, Salesforce.com and internal IT. For both companies I implemented an

Excel/Crystal Reports based dashboard which allowed for any authorized person to see

their sales pipeline whether they were individual salespeople or managers or executive

who could see the full rollup.

At World Avenue Holding LLC I was a user of Salesforce.com CRM.
