and Virginia are managed effectively. Manage lean manufacturing as it applies to accounting and finance. Led an

Assisted with Hudson multi plant expansion and coordination of multi company operations and facilities financials for
Hudson Industries, West Coast, Inc. in San Diego California: (H.I., Teo) in Galway Ireland: and our consumer products
division in Crewe, Virginia.
Accomplishments:
Developed and implemented integrated fulfillment/distribution program with large customers including JC Penney’s,
Overstock.com, Kohl’s, Medline, and Owens & Minor, contributing to overall sales growth, and $500K additional
customer fees.
Started and manage Horizon Medical, a distribution company for Hudson Medical division, generating approx 6 million
in annual revenue.
Reduced overall corporate head count by 10% through the use of automation.
During this time Hudson Industries, Inc. acquired and integrated the following companies: Gold Medal, Inc. a
polystyrene products manufacturer and Position Dynamics a power seating manufacturer.

Spearheaded global sourcing initiative reducing overall manufacturing costs, as well as increased product line.

Oversaw the system conversions from non integrated computer systems to fully integrated MRP system, CMS. (SAP
clone solution)
Responsibilities:
Led and managed all aspects relating to: GL, Cash and Asset Management, Bank Relationship, and Corporate Federal
and State tax filing responsibilities.
Successfully served as a key member of the acquisitions team. During this period Hudson Industries acquired the
following companys: Hydro Float Product Line from Jobst, a Beirsdorf Company and Conway Industries an injection
molding company.
