Responsible for all non-revenue demand forecasting and analysis for Drug Eluting Stent and PTCA balloon field inventories. Support ad hoc

projects for the alternative distribution of Drug Eluting Stents, field inventory optimization, sales force automation & training new world wide sales

force on inventory optimization.

• Led end to end optimization of Cordis’ PTCA balloon’s field inventory positions.

o Used Poisson distribution and regression analysis to set optimum inventory level for Firestar/Durastar across the US.

o Partnered with 16 division managers, supply chain, operations and the distribution center to manage execution, metrics and

inventory.

o Prioritized inventory for SKU’s with low inventory using SAP backorder allocation.

• Responsible for forecasting all non revenue demand for Cypher, Firestar/Durastar.

o Analyze order and consumption trends, and recommend projections and rationale.

o Track performance and provide analysis of actual non revenue sales verse forecast.

backorders or excess supply in the distribution center.
