annual budget, 130 employees, and twenty-five offices.

technology, human resources, and facilities management

functions. Supervised a twelve-person staff and directed

activities of outside professional services firms.

Interfaced directly with member company chief executive

officers, chief financial officers, and general counsel.

Designed, implemented, and managed accounting systems that

established budget, reporting, and operational controls over

resources policies, programs, and services. Supervised staff
