I was a consultant working thru Aerotek for this large manufacturer

of diesel engines and transmissions. In this position I supervised the

employees in the crank machining area. I was responsible for production

flow, time and attendance, enforcement of company policies, and maintaining

a clean, safe work environment. This position has also given me the

experience to work with the bargaining unit and work with their

committeeman to resolve any concerns that may arise.

stains for customers. Answer customer questions and give project

I started as a material prep in the paint shop, then moved to forklift

operator, and later to a radial drill operator. In 1997 I moved into a

management position as supervisor. I supervised in the following areas

while at JLG; boom fabrication - 2 years, paint shop - 2 years, and boom

assembly - 6 years.
