of diesel engines and transmissions. In this position I supervised the
employees in the crank machining area. I was responsible for production
flow, time and attendance, enforcement of company policies, and maintaining
a clean, safe work environment. This position has also given me the
experience to work with the bargaining unit and work with their
committeeman to resolve any concerns that may arise.
