SYNOPSIS

A commerce graduate with Masters in Marketing and super specialization in

Sales & Brand Management. I have gained exposure to corporate environment

through various projects in well known brands. I believe that there are no

shortcuts to success and it is only handwork which would take me to the

pinnacle.

CORPORAT EXPOSURE

Current employed :- At Fedders Lloyd Mumbai :- As a sr. marketing and

sales executive

Position's objective :-

provide all the necessary assistance in converting strategic brand

promotion strategy into feasible operational,initiatives, lead generation

through networking to retailers, dealers and distributors .

Major responsibilities :-

. Responsible for the analysis of visual merchandising and implementing

it properly at outlets .

. Compiling branch wise market intelligence report to understand

competition,sales promotion, marketing activities,dealers network

expansion and new product launch, USP s.

. Responsible for gathering the details about products,searching the

vendors through internet, negotiating with them and ordering the

products .

. Facilitating implementation of all promotional activities at retail

outlets time to time .

. Responsible in providing training to PSP/SSP of Lloyod as well as to

the dealer sales person at dealer's counter.

. Checking and filling up the psi system on daily bases.

. Responsible for planning and implementing outdoor campaigns for time

to time .

Responsible to keep track of all competition activities and maintain

marketing intelligence report summit detail reports,brand wise and

product wise with your recommendations and suggestions to strengthen

promotional campaign interface.

. Build company profile and Brand Image in the market through sustained

campaigns

. Pursuing and maintaining new business relationships.

. Creating business development strategies exactly according to the

needs of the clients.

SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROJECT: axis bank

2 Months (April and May, 2011)

o Title: to find out the market share of axis bank in particular area.

o Objective: to find out the market share of axis bank in Hadapsar area and

interact with their customers to get feedback for them regarding the

services of banks.

o Methodology: Questionnaire design, in-depth interviews, Observation and

online study

o Top line Findings:

. There where almost 28 banks in that particular area .

. Axis bank was the market leader with 24% market share.

. Customers were quite satisfied with the services of the bank.

SALES IN PRACTICE: Bird Vision, Pune

o Bird Vision is a well known brand in the merchandise market in India

o Meeting new prospects and generating leads.

o Getting maximum inquiries from the customer companies.

o Converting inquiries by generating sales through selling merchandise.

o Cold calling to prospective customers and identify their needs

o To get feedback from existing customers and provide them basic

information

about various Machinery.

o Compiled data of companies using Hartford and Doosan CNC/VMC machines.

o Sales presentation on Hartford CNC/VMC machine.

LIVE PROJECTS

o Dignity Foundation: The project was about selling membership and selling

merchandise to collect funds for the NGO Dignity Foundation.

o Product development: - Designed greeting cards with the theme of

seasonal greetings with a

marketing mix to sell it in Pune city. Were the highest profit

generators with rs 24000 (as a group)

o Project Anti-virus-The project aimed to sell various products of Quick

Heal Anti-virus in corporate as well as local market. And I was the

highest seller amongst my batch .

IN HOUSE PROJECTS

o Consumer Satisfaction Survey:Market Research project in which we did a

consumer satisfaction survey of Krishna Chhaya restaurant, Pune.

o Brand Management:We did Branding and positioning of Aggarwal sweets,Pune

to increase its awareness in local market

o Employee Satisfaction Survey:A Human resources project in which we did an

employee satisfaction survey in SP traders,Pune.

o Marketing Communication: Under this, we had to build an integrated

marketing communication program for a product which essentially had to

include a TVC, radio campaign, print ad, outside event and one innovative

medium to promote the product. The product given to us was mobile. This

was judged by the creative team from Lowe Lintas, Mumbai. And we were

awarded as the best advertisement award of the batch.
