• Partnered with the technology team to manage Allstate’s proprietary, online collateral ordering
system that Allstate Agents use to order all printed customer communications. -
Managed and maintained 422 items.
- In 2012, 1,160,014 pieces were ordered by 2,862 unique agents.
• Created usage data analysis reports using SAP and Business Objects to demonstrate to
business partners areas in which efficiencies could be gained.
• Determined inventory reorder points of printed marketing materials for Allstate to effectively
manage and balance warehouse capacity and print economies of scale.
• Led weekly project status meetings with cross-functional team members to provide fulfillment
updates and receive project updates to ensure schedules were met on time.

Premier Plus and Hall of Fame agents and a recovery Encompass mailing to a specific group
of Agents.
