Longbow helicopter, F-15 Strike Eagle, F-18 Superhornet, and Boeing
aircraft. 160 staff.
Manager of Operations, Repair Station, & Facilities
Direct all aspects across operations, repair, and facilities management
through direct supervision of 20 staff Tasks include maintaining clear
regular communication with all Program Managers, as well as
manufacturing, repair, and facilities leaders. Collaborate with Quality
Assurance and Engineering Departments to maintain required standards and
industry best practices via compliance monitoring and corrective action
plans. Contribute to high-level safety standards of zero lost-time
occurrences as member of Safety Committee. Participate in external audits
for ISO 9001 / AS 9100 / ISO 14001 certifications.
Develop and deliver training on specialized processes for technicians,
including detailed professional development records. Manage all HR and

for production, factory, and building requirements.
Assess processes to implement continuous process improvements for optimal

operations, such as setting up visual factor assembly stations and kit
boxes to minimize processing time while preventing FOD issues. Provide
hands-on support in trouble-shooting and equipment repair, including test
cells, air compressors, heaters, and hydraulic pump replacement.
