2001-2007

Guest Service Rep, Desk Supervisor, Desk Manager: As desk manager I was in charge of making sure everything at

the front desk as well as services were running smoothly and guests’ were happy. Other responsibilities include:

meeting and exceeding goals for gift certificates, service and product sales, scheduling appointments and check

in/check out, scheduling front desk staff, hire/fire, handle guest complaints over the phone and in person, count all

registers and safe, training new GSR’s, assisting GM and making sure all policies are being followed.

2007-2009

Call Center Agent, Management and part of CORE Team, Trainer of Guest Service: As part of the

management CORE Team I was one of 5 managers and we had our supervisor. We had 27 call center agents and we

made sure they had every call correct and that everyone was following policies and procedures. I would monitor calls

on a weekly basis and they were graded on random calls to make sure they didn’t miss a step on any call. I would then

coach them at the end of the week about the steps they got wrong. And as Trainer of Guest service I was in charge of

training every new GSR for the salons, all new call center agents, and all new managers on product and service

knowledge as well as all daily functions on how to perform their job.

2010-2011

Salon Coordinator, Lead Cashier: I was in charge of taking all salon calls and booking appointments, cleaning salon

and bathrooms, stocking/cleaning shelves, inventory, salon advertising, checking guest’s and customer’s in and out, etc.

Reason for leaving: I am looking for full time. I also worked at the ULTA Beauty in Arlington Heights IL from 2005-2006.

Education: Graduated from Buffalo Grove High School Buffalo Grove IL, 60089 Class of 2001

I am a fast learner and have the initiative and drive to try and learn new things to help me achieve my goals.
