for devices developed or maintained by Boston Scientific from all
forms of communication phone, fax, email & postal service.
Responsible for taking detailed complaint information from sales
rep's, Dr., patients regarding the performance and effects of the
devices maintained or developed by Boston Scientific to determine
MDR reportable or nonreportable for all business groups primarily
Cardiovascular & Peripheral as well as Endoscopy, Neurology and
Vascular surgery. Issued replacements and scheduled return of
defective devices for product analysis from various facilities
while staying compliant to all FDA guidelines, quality policies and
procedures. Placing orders to purchasing through a computerized
system (SAP). Also responsible for initiating complaints for EU and
OUS, Taxus Program, Clinical trials, Taxus 411 and all other
complaints.

Responsible for handling the tracking of two regional sales teams
as well as they're BI-weekly payrolls. Handled daily data entry of
sales numbers for both regions that ultimately determined
commission pay out for the month. 10-keyed daily into an access
database designed to track each sales associate's daily progress.
Logged the hours for each person into the payroll system. Which
consisted of sick time, vacation and PTO? Received and gave calls
to managers in regard to their sales team. Other duties included;
ordering supplies, conference calls, travel, note taking and
presentations.
