. Directed a team to source solutions for an end of life digital
marketing system which will enable the organization to continue to
lead the market in key corporate digital strategies.
. Led a team of 12 that scoped, planned, estimated and gained
organizational alignment for the initiation of a top 10 Social Media
initiative. In 4 months the team selected vendors, formulated the
business case, created the work plan and transitioned to the 255
member team that is executing on this cross functional, multimillion
dollar effort.
. Built, mentored and managed a team of 5 FTE focused on building
business relationships and developing technology roadmaps and

managed solution for all of Target's printing needs (Headquarters,
Stores, and Distribution Centers). The effort replaced approximately
35,000 printers, copiers, scanners, multi-function devices and
significantly improved Target's ability to effectively manage a key
corporate service with visibility into overall stability, availability
and reliability.
. Drove 10% savings in annual hardware expense when negotiating
agreements for a top 10 Finance initiative.

. Managed the eSourcing Leader Team of seven team members, which
collectively contributed to corporate-wide expense savings through
eSourcing with the following results:
o 2005- 2,300 eSourcing events completed, $2.0B of non-retail
spend impacted, resulting in $190 million in savings
o 2006 - 2,500 eSourcing events completed, $2.2B spend impacted,
resulting in $272 million in savings (34% increase from FY 2005)
o 2007 - 2,150 eSourcing events completed, $1.4B spend impacted,
resulting in 12% savings
. 22 Forward eSourcing events completed with a baseline spend of $9.1M,
a negotiated spend of $15.6M, which is $6.5M in Income.
. Implemented the Ariba Sourcing software across multiple teams in order
to improve the eSourcing process.
