Ross Dress for Less May 2012 - Present Occupation: Store Manager/

Duties: Managing a 12.5 million dollar store plus all aspects of business
including sales, managing a staff of 65 + associates, marketing, hiring,
training, coaching, counseling and terminating, payroll, schedules, p& l,
seasonal setup/takedown, shipment, loss prevention, floor moves, price
changes, transfers, receiving, shrink, security, executing all company
reports/directives, opening/closing, etc. Responsible for the overall
operations of the entire building. Currently also helping oversee 6 stores
in the PA market, as well as run my own.
Major Accomplishments: Ended fiscal year 2012 at 107.1% Sales to Budget
("Excellent" rating), 2.20% in Markdowns (an "Excellent rating is between
2.25 - 2.35, which we surpassed), 95.5% in customer service (again,
surpassing an "Excellent" rating), and a .75% in Shrink (2012 goal was
.90%). Promoted 3 Part Time associates to Full Time, 1 Part Time associate
to a Stockroom Lead and 1 Area Supervisor to an Assistant Store Manager.
Won the Highest Increase to Sales award for the district for the 2nd, 3rd

coaching, counseling and terminating, payroll, schedules, p& l, seasonal
setup/takedown, shipment, loss prevention, floor moves, price changes,
transfers, receiving, shrink, security, executing all company
reports/directives, opening/closing, etc. Responsible for the overall
operations of the entire building.
Major Accomplishments: Brought organization and leadership to building,
raised customer service and merchandise standards with management team,
built strong core staff from existing employees and outside recruitment,
gathered over 500 coats, hats gloves and scarves for our winter outerwear
drive.

Duties: Assisting in managing a 17.5 million dollar store in all aspects of
business including sales, managing a staff of 60 plus associates,
marketing, hiring, training and terminating employees, payroll, schedules,
p & l, seasonal setup/takedown, shipment, floor moves, price changes,
transfers, receiving, meeting or exceeding company goals such as credit
card quotas, shrink, security, executing all company reports/directives,
opening/closing, etc. Responsible for everything that happens within the
building.
Major Accomplishments: Number one store over both LY and budget for Back To
School in district, highest UPT for July through December, highest customer
satisfaction rating in district 3rd and 4th quarter.
JSI Fire Protection April 2006 - March 2010 Occupation:
Inspection/Service Manager
Duties: Making appointments with new and current customers to survey their
locations for all sprinkler systems and all devices related (fire pumps,
backflow preventers, etc.) to prepare an inspection/service proposal for
them. This requires travel to the entire Tri-state area and beyond.
Knowledge of the various systems and how much time is needed to
inspect/service each is a must. Also, scheduling inspectors/technicians for
various work.
Major Accomplishments: I spent one month in the field and then started
selling on May 12th of 2006 with no prior knowledge of the sprinkler
industry. I was given a goal of $100,000 dollars in inspection sales for
2009 or $25,000 dollars a quarter. The average inspection cost is between
$350-$600 dollars. From 5/12/06 to 12/31/07 I brought in $175,000 dollars
in confirmed sales, exceeding my original goal. I also managed to win back
multiple former customers by holding meetings and convincing them of both
our companies quality of service and my own investment in making sure they
were treated with the highest degree of respect. I exceeded my sales goals
for the next two years, missing 2009 due to a downturn in the economy.
Modell's Sporting Goods Christiana, DE/Clifton Heights, PA April 2003 -
April 2006 Occupation: Assistant Store Manager
Duties: Assisting in managing store in all areas including sales, managing
a staff of 30 plus associates, marketing, hiring, training and terminating
of employees, payroll, schedules, p & l, seasonal setup/takedown, shipment,
floor moves, price changes, meeting or exceeding company goals such as MBNA
credit card sign-ups, MVP ( Modells Valuable People) sign-ups and add-ons,
opening/closing, security, shrink, reading and executing company reports,
etc. I am involved in all aspects of the day to day operations of the
store.
Major Accomplishments: Number 3 store in baseball sales for 2004, top 10 in
team week sign-ups, headed 2003 fall cheer leading program.
