Financial Needs assistance is a project that is used to track the statuses

of various customers in fitting them to their financial needs.

This application maintains the information of customers and stores certain

questions and based on the answers to the questions the FNA's are marked as

complete.

Incomplete FNA's go through a procedure that the Agent calls the customer

and talks about the status of the customer's needs and the perks of getting

the right financial assistance by completing the details in the

application.

owns the application testing and provides sign off.

General Purpose reloadable card is a card which would be purchased in a

bank if the person opts for it in the financial center. It is a type of

Debit card that is issued to customers at the bank.

There are privileges for customers who already have other accounts with

Fifth third bank. The card could be opened as a single or joint card.The

card could be re-loaded whenever required online from other banking

accounts or getting to the financial center.

The Basel II, initially published in June 2004, is a recommendation on

banking laws and regulations issued by the Basel Committee on Banking

Supervision. Advocates of Basel II believed that such an international

standard could help protect the international financial system from the

types of problems that might arise should a major bank or a series of banks

collapse. Basel II attempted to accomplish this by setting up risk and

capital management requirements designed to ensure that a bank has adequate

capital for the risk the bank exposes itself to through its lending and

investment practices. It is a Framework incorporating three main elements

or pillars: (i) Minimum Capital Requirement - Minimum capital rules based

on weights intended to be more closely connected to economic risk than

those of the 1988 Accord (ii) Supervisory Review Process - Supervisory

review of capital adequacy in accordance with specified qualitative

principles (iii) Market Discipline - This pillar aims to complement the

minimum capital requirements and supervisory review process by developing a

set of disclosure requirements which will allow the market participants to

gauge the capital adequacy of an institution.
