agendas, minutes, and any background materials. Update/communicate all
last-minute changes to schedules.
. Make/coordinate all necessary international and domestic travel
arrangements (air travel, car services, and accommodations) including
detailed itineraries with necessary collateral material. Submit
appropriate expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.
. Establish and maintain all files and confidential correspondence.
. Coordinate and plan Special events for the office (Holiday party,
celebration events).
