• Played a key role for a start-up division that grew to a 20+ client, roughly one-half billion
dollars annual debt cancellation fees business with $30 million annual revenue and over 14
million customer enrollments.
• Directly closed a marque top ten credit card bank in 2009 for debt cancellation administrative
services following a 20 month sales cycle.
• Played a key role in securing debt cancellation administrative services for two major retail
credit card banks, three top 10 credit card banks, and numerous mid-tier banks and credit
unions. Participated in all major sales presentations.
• Major contributor to excellent historical financial results including record financial results for
2010 and 2011 (forecast to surpass 2010).
• Successfully managed the Debt Cancellation Contractual Liability Policy carrier relationship
resulting in very favorable revenue and profitable underwriting results for the carrier and Aon
Integramark.
• Designed and priced more than 75 debt cancellation product iterations over the past 13 years
covering retail credit card, bank credit card, home equity lines of credit, real estate
installment loans, consumer installment loans, overdraft and personal lines of credit
portfolios.
• Developed numerous financial models in excel including models for deal pricing, product
rating, loss cost/loss ratio estimates, revenue proformas, staffing models, rating calculation
software for multiple clients and functional cost analysis.

P&L accountability for life company subsidiary. Directed the Credit Life and International

• Increased GAAP book equity from $12.5 million to $16.7 million including record 1997
earnings of $2 million over plan.
