Program Manager for the Destination Deals applications. Mobile in-flight real-time deals for airline

travelers based on SOA architecture and PCI compliant payments. Technology included a rules

Responsibilities: Delivery of technology portfolio of projects for the Global Technology & Architecture (GTA)

Group. Project budgets from $500K - $15 million. Reports: Led matrix and decentralized teams of approx. 30

resources.

Responsible for $15 million Frito-Lay infrastructure and network environment for SAP testing.

Worked with stakeholders to understand the business requirements including processes to recommend

improvement to Wal-Mart’s purchase order systems.

Led implementation of a kiosk and internet based hiring center including decisioning solution for Wal-

Mart. Decreased processing cost per applicant by 75% and saved $4.5 million annually.

Managed service lead for Kraft e-packaging digital asset application. Identified, and negotiated, a low

cost resource provider to deliver service while reducing costs by $2 million.

Led Kraft Foods project for secure SOA application to gather and process media estimates.

approx. $18 billion/day. Supported reengineering of 55 bank wide interfaces.

Advised the Payments Practice owner on multiple payment projects from concept to implementation.

Project manager for $5 million domestic payments system. Conducted vendor RFP and project

activities for a co-development effort with IBM for payment and trading community portal.

Kraft Foods – Project Manager of token ring to ethernet conversion including infrastructure up-grade

for 2,000+ users at Kraft’s N. American Headquarter. Implemented Cisco switches with wireless and

telephony. Led a team comprised of infrastructure, facilities, telecom, network, software and hardware

engineering. Deployment included analysis to post-implementation training and support.

American Express - Conducted application migration from 3rd party hosting to AmEx’s data center.

Presented findings to senior AmEx IT management.

Project Manager for AmEx’s Global Services Division extranet project. Delivered an enterprise-wide,

secure personalized content channel including decision engine. Led teams in India, London, New

York, and Phoenix.
