through present. Staff has been reduced monthly for the last four years in order to balance available time with remaining workload.
Provide oversight in managing $2B servicing operation (commercial and consumer loan portfolios ranging from $250k to
$250M), directing various team members, and constantly level setting expectations in a liquidating environment while maintaining
a positive attitude.
Operationally position portfolios for sale as part of the company’s liquidation strategy.
Directly supervise a team of up to 20 direct and indirect employees in Connecticut and Colorado.
Establish open communication and guarantee timely issue resolution by developing and maintaining strong relationships with
critical vendors and support groups.
Participate in collaboration with other functional leaders in updating and improving policy and procedures, ensuring
compliance with Sarbanes Oxley guidelines.
