The South Carolina Division of State information Technology (DSIT), a

Division of SC State Budget and Control Board, is responsible for the

operation and support of South Carolina's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning

(ERP) system.

Role & Responsibilities- SAP FICO Lead

o Managing a team of 5 members working on-site and offshore (India)

o Reporting to PMO for the day to day activities and projections for

the week ahead.

1.1 Estee Lauder Global AMS Finance Team April 2011 to August 2012 Melville

New York

Roles & Responsibilities- SAP FI Onsite Lead.

o Handled all the management reporting as per the project requirement

and ensuring that work is performed as per the defined SLA's and

norms laid down for the AMS Finance team.

o Working on Development requests and the change request arising from

the markets which have already go live.

o Handled all the client communication and worked as the point of

contact for all the communication from the offshore team

o Represented team in the change control meeting for moving defect

related to the changes in the production.

o Worked with the Sales and Distribution team on Development request of

the creation of the New Billing Type

o Worked on the Development request of the creation new customer

invoice form.

o Core team member for the Global Intercompany command center which

monitors all the issues and developments in the Estee Lauder

Intercompany Scenarios.

o Taken a lead to Prepare QRG (Quick Reference Guide) Document to

strengthen the power user community and to reduce the inflow of the

Requirements with technical team- SAP Smart forms and Adobe forms.

o Configuration of A/R and A/P module: Credit management, Tolerance groups,

Open item clearing, account group creation, line layout configuration for
