preferences and requirement of the business to support our sales

customer's site

. Work on profitability centre and supervising, motivating and

monitoring the performance of sales-team and give strategic direction

. Setting targets of sales and collection / Sale forecasting in line

. To analyse competitive edge of market trends, pricing and other

aspects affecting the glass industry and give feedback to the

management on regular basis.

. Resolving customers commercial and technical problems/ complaints by

the means of mutual discussion with management and customers and

coordinate with technical department

. Participate in making the production planning for the month.

. Coordinate with divisions, legal firms & individuals.

. Developing and maintaining customer database.

. Reporting back to GM-Sales / Vice President
