o Driving results through implementing the 3+9F in the HQ portfolio as well as for the 2012 Plan process.
o Subject matter expert for Global Fraud & Auths which detailed understanding of the US processes.
o Responsible for detailed month-end reporting including leading month-end calls for reviewing results, variance
analysis and communicating results to senior management.
o Involved in the reporting for the Credit functions. This includes looking at operating expenses and operational
volumes in conjunction with business drivers, reviewing capacity plans and ensuring a greater focus on net loss
provision (NLP) is
undertaken amidst an environment that is predominantly focused on managing operating expenses.
o Developed a 'monthly results' report which provides the ability to compare the results on a monthly basis, and
comparisons to the plan and the latest forecast. Alongside this, regular monthly analysis of significant watch outs
& opportunities are
communicated to senior management and business partners.
o Delivering through leadership skills through a mentorship role to a placement student and involved in their
development throughout the program.
