Infrastructure Project Manager

• Managed the Infrastructure delivery for the ‘GOLD programme’ – a 3 year initiative delivering tangible business benefits and

incremental value year on year by migrating platforms from HBOS to provide a single customer view. As part of GOLD I was

responsible for the following:

- Implementation of end to end infrastructure projects for data mining and marketing purposes

- Introduced 360 Single Customer View enabling Lloyds Banking Group to leverage insight driven from customer
