Management and Administration

. Led and directed 4 teams of 7-8 personnel each in the execution of the

ship's combat mission during a 6 month Mediterranean and Middle East

deployment including 2 multinational exercises and a joint fleet exercise

. Improved training and qualification program for 230-person ship team,

resulting in 90% qualification rate

. Supervised and maintained 8 programs regarding personnel, safety,

maintenance and professional certifications

. Prepared and presented weekly briefings to CEO concerning personnel

manning and equipment status
