Student Assessment Portal Implementation - Saskatchewan Ministry of Education (SME)

Hired to rescue a project that had impacted the critical path of a mission-critical program at

Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy & Resources (SER), with about $50M budget and of strategic

importance to Govt of Saskatchewan, successfully delivered the project on time on budget

By presenting a detailed risk analysis of the program, brought all the cross-Ministry stakeholders

involved in the delivery and hosting of the program on a common understanding on the risks and

consequences of failure, and obtained commitment on the delivery of overdue services and products on

a war-footing
