Kaiser Permanente (on contract with Rose International) 09/12 to Present
Diversity Recruiter. This is a project-based assignment for Kaiser’s new hospital. The
goal was to hire staff to mirror the community of diverse demographics. Goal was 20%.
We hit 27%!

Sr. Corporate Recruiter. Responsible for over 100 branches to recruit for (I was the only
recruiter for the Portland Metro area), Diversity roundtable contributor with community
connections. Dubbed: “The Face of U.S. Bank” because of my extensive involvement
within the Portland community.
