Objectives:

Summary of Qualifications:
I have about 9 months of experience in a call center as a customer service representative. I have
about 5-6 years of great customer service experience dealing directly with people in restaurants
and retail environments, along with indirect contact via phone. I have cash handling experience,
cash deposits experience, and experience in processing payments via phone and in person. I also
have experience managing others.

Wal-Mart Supercenter- Selma, AL
My duties as a sales associate were to assist customers in the deli department. I assisted
customers with slicing their meats and cheese along with preparing the customer’s hot food
orders as well. I also prepared different types of trays that customers called in advance to order. I
was responsible for keeping the deli area clean and neat at all times, especially at the end of the
night when the deli closed.

My duties as a cashier and food prep person were to prepare desserts and salad bar items before
lunch in the Hyundai Cafe. Once lunch arrived, my duty was to run the cash register and assist
the employees with their lunch items. After lunch was over, I was responsible for cleaning my
designated areas along with other areas and stocking items that were assigned to me.

My duties as a Customer Service Representative were to take in-bound calls and assist Duke
Energy customers with their energy bills. I assisted customers with credit and billing, beginning,
ending, and transferring their electrical services to new locations. I processed customer’s
payments over the phone using their checking accounts, debit, and credit cards. I was responsible
for documenting customer’s accounts accurately and maintaining security procedures when
dealing with the customer’s personal and confidential information.

My duties as an Assistant Manager were to manage a crew of about 10-17 crew members at a
fast food drive in. I worked all shifts, such as opening, mid shifts, and closing the restaurant. I
was responsible for maintaining good labor percentage, average prep time, and late ticket
percentage. I was responsible for calculating all sales at the end of the day to make sure my shift
wasn't short any money. I made deposits each day after calculating the total amount of sales. I
was responsible for keeping the store clean throughout the day and at the end of my shifts.
