In my current role at Technicolor, I am heading the Human Resources
function for the APAC region supporting over 2600 employees across nine
countries including India, China, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand,
Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and South Korea and leading a team of over 30 HR
professionals in the region. The key focus in my role is to strategically
partner with the local leadership teams on HR in order to support their
business growth and operational imperatives. I also currently double up as
the HR Head for India, the largest growing site for the Group in the
region.
Key Accomplishments:
. Successfully lead the operational carve-out exercise in APAC for one of
the largest business divisions of Technicolor
. Conceptualized and proposed 'Key Contributor Development Roadmap' for
APAC to Corporate HR
. Reduced the HR headcount for the region while strengthening the team by
hiring senior resources coming from a diverse MNC background
. Successfully lead all restructuring assignments across the region,
especially in Thailand and China
. Provided guidance to the local HR team on the integration efforts after
the acquisition of Village Roadshow, the distribution center in Australia
for the Home Entertainment Services division.
. Worked with the Australia HR team on a difficult union renegotiation for
the Distribution Center

I lead a 15+ members HR team that supports ~1400 employees of Technicolor
India across Bangalore and Delhi. These employees are spread across three
business divisions - 'Digital Productions' division that includes Animation
& Gaming Studio, MPC (VFX studio), and DreamWorks Dedicated Unit (animation
studio working exclusively for DreamWorks), 'Media Services' that includes
Compression & Authoring, Subtitling, Digital Media and Technology Services
and 'Connected Home' division.
Key Accomplishments:
. Set up the HR organization for Technicolor in India with a customer-
centric structure of front-end HR business partners and a common backend
HR Operations team in Q3 '10
. Successfully implemented the HRIS system (local leave & attendance tool,
Adrenalin), HR4U (Global Database & Reward Repository by Success Factors)
and STEP (Online global performance management tool) for India

I managed HR for over 1000 employees across Hyderabad and Delhi supporting
service delivery for Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash,
Collections and Customer Service for two strategic automotive customers. In
2010, I was given additional responsibilities for leading HR for one
marquee US Retail Healthcare customer in India. The Healthcare account was
one of the largest deals awarded to Genpact and positioned to be over 1000
people globally across US, Philippines and India.

. Part of the core deal team from the RFI stage that worked on winning the
largest F&A account and the first retail healthcare client of over 1000
