Dear Human Resources,

The accompanying resume is presented for your review and consideration for

a Payroll Compensation Manager position. Although not yet defined, this

position will take advantage of my ability to learn quickly, easily grasp

complex concepts, and assume increased levels of responsibility, and

complete assignments independently or as part of a team with a high level

of performance.

My skills and capabilities are strongly in line with the requirements

stated in your job description. For instance, I am extremely proficient in

the ability to listen and understand employee's needs. My performance at my

current company has showcased positive results during difficult situations

within Human Resources. My track record encompasses my proficiency in

problem solving by referring to applicable policies and guidelines identify

practical options and recommend appropriate courses of action for my

clients. In my current position, I have been responsible for answering

inquiries related to Human Resources programs, policies, Benefits, Payroll,

Compensation, Talent Management, Employee Relations and other general HR

related requests. In addition, I have had extreme exposure to HRIS systems

including SAP.

Furthermore, I take pride in my capability and experience in providing

administrative support to my department. Although I do not have management

experience, my Bachelor's Degree has a conentration in Supervisory

Management. Furthermore, my current manager has reached out to me for help

managing our teams schedule work and vacation, providing administrative

support, developing new processes that drive productivity. I fully

understand the skill and discretion required in managing a group of people.

Most prominently, I am a team player having an acquired ability to pay
