expectations.
Dear Manager;
When I saw the posting for a Quality Manager, I knew that this is an ideal
opportunity and position for me.
My manufacturing experience, education and continuous learning through ASQ,
provides the qualifications necessary for this position.
The the joy and privilege of managing a quality department is rewarding:
Following this year's performance reviews, I received several thank you
notes, for being the best manager they ever had and for having the best
performance reviews.
One of my strengths is developing and maintaining great relationships with
colleagues, external customers and suppliers. Developing great customer
relationships requires attentiveness, time, commitment and patience. An
example of this occurred over the past several years. Working closely with
one customer, who needed to change their product coating, we exceeded in
providing them with quality non-hazardous coated parts. Communication
through weekly conference calls with the customer and three suppliers
continued over three years. Prior to the conference calls, I submitted a
detailed testing report, which was the main focus of discussion.
My diversified professional career combining both quality and engineering
solved countless problems, improved manufacturing products, processes and
excellent customer satisfaction.
One of my most important personal goals is fostering a highly respected
quality work ethic providing customers honest, accurate, and timely
analysis and reports. I enjoy work; there is great satisfaction, at the
end of the day, week, or project, knowing you did your best, accomplished
objectives and exceedingly provided customer satisfaction.
Leadership involves fulfilling company objectives while encouraging
colleagues, supporting other departments, tackling challenges and
developing customer satisfaction. Management, sales, production and
customers have confidence in me to provide accurate, precise test results;
developing innovative solutions to problems. I maintain the highest
standards of professionalism and pocket a wealth of core values - most
importantly, integrity.
Membership and participation in ASQ keeps me current on quality standards,
continuous education, professional development tools, networking
opportunities with other people passionate about quality, and access to
unlimited knowledge.
I would like the opportunity to discuss this position with you in detail,
during a personal interview. Please contact me to schedule an interview,
for this position. You may contact me directly, on my mobile phone; 330-
