Responsible for the manufacturing operations of newly created Green Line Polymers, a recycling subsidiary of Advanced
Drainage Systems, Inc among multiple sites.
Direct responsibility for post-consumer recycling facilities in Waterloo, IA and Clarion, PA and post-industrial recycling
facilities in Pandora, OH and Cordele, GA. Monitored and reported on all aspects of these facilities.
Indirect responsibility for recycling operations located within pipe production plants in Waverly, NY, Findlay, OH,
Yoakum, TX and Bakersfield, CA. Monitored and reported on quality and cost performance.
Waterloo, IA facility was an acquisition where most of the staff was retained and developing the ADS culture was
necessary to successful acclimation of the facility. Able to quickly identify production bottlenecks and improve
production. Overall cost, productivity, quality and personnel success led to a much earlier than expected start-up of
Clarion, PA facility.
Clarion, PA facility was a complete start-up where I was involved from initial design through installation and actual
production start-up. This included interviewing, hiring, training and developing team.

P lant Manager
Lead, trained, managed and evaluated 70+ employees for World Class Manufacturer; which included Inventory,
Production and Freight teams. Improved interview and training process which decreased turnover and provided stable,
knowledgeable team members that improved production efficiencies and reduced scrap.
Assumed limited Regional management duties while Regional Manager was out of office and trained new plant managers
within the region.
Coordinated with Sales teams and responded to customer service issues, resulting in decreased service issues and
improved customer relations. These improvements allowed plant to become finalist for Customer Service Plant of the
Year.
Managed an annual manufacturing budget of roughly $7.5 million and a freight budget of $2.5 million while producing
and shipping roughly 25 million lbs annually.
