Defense contractor that provides support in logistics, operations,

personnel, and resource matters.

Initially hired as Director of Operations to assist in strategic planning

and design of new market environments (helping the company recover from

failing energy market). Earned subsequent promotion to President in 9/10.

Supervise team of 6, including 2 Directors and 4 Managers; report to the

President of the holding company Akmaaq. Write and execute all business

development strategies and plans. Develop all strategies and documents for

the federal contracting business endeavor, including all briefings for the

Board of Directors and parent holding companies.

. Played an instrumental role in reversing negative $5 million deficit

and transitioning the company from a failing oil & gas structure to a

successful federal government contract personnel support organization,

served on the staff of the Army National Guard (federal level), U.S. Army,

training, deployment, and live fire certification for the mortar,

. Created and implemented national resourcing methodology for

investigating and designing better resourcing model for the National

Guard and Army Comptrollers that improved tracking, evaluation, and

funding for program-level requirements while reducing risk
