to Huawei network, design and finalize BSC/PCU ATP documents with
Huawei and conduct the ATP on all the swap BSCs.

retuning flow control parameters on TRX, Cell, BSC levels.
3. Developed multiple RAN network configuration, asset, inventory reports
using the Huawei HSL Language "isStar".
