I. FCAPS Processes Management: Management of all NOC Radio FCAPS processes

as per agreed SLA and take appropriate and timely measures to improve and

sustain the performance of these processes.

II. NOC Team Management: Responsible for the NOC Radio team (22x engineers)

Huawei and conduct the ATP on all the swap BSCs.

retuning flow control parameters on TRX, Cell, BSC levels.
