Assigned the challenge to bridge gaps between a company's Clinical Study team and

Global Demand Supply division for better decision making and avoiding stock out

Developed a risk assessment scorecard and designed a simulation package (tool) in excel

representing the clinical trial supply chain.

The tool depicts the impacts of poorly communicated day to day decisions. It simulates

scenarios such as delays in importation, forecasting errors, stock outs to motivate

teams to chalk out contingency plans.

Developed a database application in MS Access that brings together 13 years of data for

the SCRC.

The database will enable administrator to search and retrieve relevant data,

Projects on Supply Chain Network Design

Designing and analyzing supply chain networks by working with factors such as currency

fluctuations, import duty fluctuations, plant capacity constraints to understand their

impact on costs to identify cost reduction initiatives that may involve operational

hedging, financial hedging, redesigning the supply network.

Understand, track and forecast material needs. Applying appropriate forecast methods,

keeping track of forecast accuracy to plan inventory requirements.

SAP: Certified by SAP University Alliance in SAP ECC 6.0 transaction flow and

configuration.
