EXPERIENCE

Played a crucial role in developing Sampling Weights, Data Analysis and Report Writing of

Multiple Indicators Cluster Survey (MICS) Punjab, 2011.

Developed / Customized the national level DevInfo database to PakInfo by using all the latest

MICS, PSLM, LFS, PDS, PDHS, NNS etc., in collaboration with UNICEF. The database is

expected to be launched in April 2013.

Participated in various household surveys as Team Supervisor cum Data Editor including MICS

Punjab 2011, MICS Punjab 2007 08 and Third party evaluation survey on MNCH related

indicators.

Played an active role in preparing Census Tools such as Inception Report, Listing Form,

Questionnaire and Manual of Instructions for Enumerators for conducting Census of Cottage and

Small Scale Industry Punjab 2012 13.

Worked in Multi Cluster Rapid Assessment Mechanism (McRam) in 2009, collected data with the

use of Personal Data Assistants (PDA’s) in the flood affected areas of the Punjab.

Worked in compilation of Monthly survey on Industrial Production and Employment.

Worked as Budget & Accounts Manager / DDO of Bureau’s Headquarter office Lahore.

Possessed ample experience of cost estimation /budget estimation, maintenance & reconciliation

of accounts, compilation of excess & surrender statements.

Received the Raymond T. Bowman Memorial prize for being an outstanding participant in the

training course titled “Production and Development of Official Statistics” held in UNSIAP, Japan.

Awarded a Silver Medal in the Convocation held on 21 st April 2009, University of Agriculture

Faisalabad on attaining 1st position in M.Sc. Statistics from the Department of Mathematics &

Statistics, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
