• Re-branded JAG from a Chinese-manufactured ball valve distributor to a U.S. ball valve manufacturer.

• Technically and commercially introduced, promoted, and sold newly manufactured JAG valves to Engineering

firms and oil and gas end-users in Texas, Louisiana, and the Midwestern U.S.; key accounts included Williams,

Willbros Engineering, Hess, Enbridge, SBM Offshore, Audubon Engineering, and AGL/Nicor Gas.

• Introduced a process to obtain client acceptance, via Approved Manufacturer’s List (AML) approval, at various end-

users including SBM Offshore, AGL/Nicor Gas, and Nisource (NGTS).

• Developed and trained two (2) manufacturer’s sales representative companies - one (1) in the Midwestern U.S. and

• Generated four (4) new client relationships/new accounts in the Midwestern U.S., including AGL/Nicor Gas, the

largest natural gas-only distribution company in the U.S.

• Created and managed a twenty (20) person, Engineering-based team across eighty (80) simultaneous projects

delivering over $1 MM in revenue per month.

• Increased revenue by 100% from year 1 to year 2 and an additional 200% from year 2 to year 3.

• Increased cash flow by managing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) at levels 30% below company average.

• Developed more than forty (40) monthly and annual sales and margin forecasts and consistently exceeded budgetary

expectations by 10-20%.

ExxonMobil lubricants inventory as it was received, delivered, and repackaged daily.

• Increased profit margin by 15% by improving fleet dispatching capabilities and expediting billing and collections.

• Transformed a fuel inventory management software template into a customized management system.
