Marketing returns : All the entries related to watches returned from distributors for repair/

replacement. Analysis of watches for faults with entry in database. Reports like month wise

Marketing secondary sale : All report showing sale data at secondary level.

Traceability system : Information regarding watch components, operators etc is stored in

database. Barcode stickers are printed for all the watches from the system by interfacing with

‘C’. While making dispatches serial codes are stored in database with the help of scanner.

The system gives complete information for a watch received from market at any stage.

System is completely integrated with ERP

Distributor stocks monitoring : System is under implementation stage. Distributor stocks

are monitored by scanning barcode on watches at distributor’s end. Data is received in excel

format which is linked with ERP.

Web site for maxima watches : Site shows complete details about different models of

watches. Distributors log in and place orders on the site. Value of Orders, Dispatch details

are available online. My role is of coordination with the development team,to provide all the

inputs & testing.
