Responsibilities

> Supervising Steel Structure & PEB(from Zamil Steel) erection and

modification activities pertaining to Main Pipe rack, sub-rack, Equipment

Structures, Compressor shelters and ensure completion of the work on

time and in compliance with company's safety standards.

> Incharge for Pipe support & Spool fabrication works(C.S, L.T.C.S & S.S) &

recording using tallisman.

> Planning & monitoring erection of Structures of PEB as per planned

project schedule.

> Adhering to Construction Method statement(CMS) for Structural Erection

> Preparing and raising RFI for various stages of Inspection as per ITP and

Responsibilities :- (Structural Works)

> Monitoring & inspection of execution of Steel Structure works pertaining

to Main Pipe rack, Unit pipe racks, Eqipment structures, Optical Silo,

Storage Silo, sub-Pipe racks & Compressor Shelters as per approved

drawings & Specifications.

> Attending to RFI's raised by Concerned's at various stages of inspection

and for various activities(Pad Plate inspection, Fit-up & Welding

Welding, NDT inspection, Alignment, Bolt Tightening, Gratings fixing,

Handrail erection, etc).

> Release of Structure to preceding department after inspection.

> Resolving Technical discrepancies arised on Site in consultation with

seniors.

> Issuing Punchlist on job completion and closing Punchlist for final

completion and handing over to client.

> Inspect structure with reference to various tolerances and specifications

and also ensure usage of appropriate Material sections, Fasteners and

Consumables being used.

> Ensure that Qualified Welders, WPS & PQR are used to perform tasks and

NDT(UT, RT & MPI) requirements are fulfilled as per ITP.

Responsibilities:- (Piping Works)

> Inspect Fabrication & Erection of Pipe Spools and Supports as per

Isometrics & Weld Map.

> Welder Qualification including WPS & PQR.

> Ensure Qualified welders and welding consumables as per Qualified WPS &

PQR are only used to perform welds.

> Ensure correct Size & Schedule of pipes are used and

rectification/Modification is done as per approved procedures.

> To ensure NDT requirements are fulfilled as per ITP & project

requirement.

> Ensure Correct Purging, Cleaning of pipes are done as specified in

specification.

> Line checking of pipes to ensure Pipes, Fittings, Accessories, Supports

are as per drawing and Specs.

> Discrebancies arising on Site are solved in co-ordination with seniors.

> Checking for Hydrotesting of Lines and re-instatement after clearance.

> Inspecting for cleaning of Spools after hydrotesting and before erection

in case of Flanged connections.

> Test Packs completion and issuing Punchlists and closing punclists after

completion of punchlists.
