To provide the required technical support to UTL,DHT,SWS,ARU and SRU plants to produce products at

high quality level and as per the production plan and targets. To conduct troubleshooting and technical studies

for any plant abnormal condition or low productivity.responsible for plant production performance

monitoring.Monitors the quality of production, assuring the all UTL,DHT,SWS,ARU and SRU procedures

are used.Investigates quality failure on a day-to-day basis. Monitors, investigates and ensures that follow up

actions are completed for the quality failure reports.Ensures compliance to the MIDOR Quality Policy and

ISO-9001/14001and OHSAS 18000 procedures. Carries out ISO-9001 internal audits, as assigned, and

develops plans for “Corrective Action Reports”. Follow up on completion of corrective actions.Review the

last 24 hours operations performance and attend morning meeting to brief as required.Assess information

reported by Plant personnel on problems that could affectUTL,DHT,SWS,ARU and SRU units. Initiate

action on issues, which impede the satisfactory progress of operation activities.Ensure that follow up is done

on daily basis to read the daily log books, data sheets, daily activities, flash report and make correction

immediately if necessary.Work closely with Area Operation Superintendent,production Engineer,Specialist,Shift Supervisors & Operators by troubleshooting operating problems, and suggests operating

techniques and /or plant changes as appropriate to achieve short and long term goals. Design Change Request

(DCR) before initial approval by the Manager / Superintendent. Follow up with assigned contact Engineers

on DCR evaluation. if assigned.Review revised plans for project implementation.Checking and approve the

plan prior to start-up for conformance to specifications, drawing, design intent, safety and operability .As

assigned, represent UTL,DHT,SWS,ARU and SRU area in MIDOR OIL REFINERY meetings, prepare

daily and monthly flash report.

against benchmark 8 hours .

Benefits :stoppage of polymerization reactor is eliminated,16 Tons of off grade polymer production is

avoided.
