closely with Disney Consumer Products team for licensed private label collections as well as in-
line collections for each individual franchise.
• Grew the Club Libby Lu Private Label Cosmetics and Licensed Cosmetic Business to a volume
of $6 mm USD over three years.
• Created Claire’s Licensed and Private Label Cosmetic Collections which resulted in a $6 mm
USD volume over three years.
Sales and Marketing
• Responsible for achieving sales goals while creating collections and programs to meet each
individual client’s specific needs.
Product Development
• Responsible for working with the creative team to create specialty and luxury collections in
licensed and private label merchandise. Work directly with the artists to create brand specific and
private label packaging. Manage the creative process to produce collections from initial concept,
product development, Q&A, testing processes, product approvals, to final production.
• Collaborate directly with manufacturers to develop and create new and innovative fragrances to
add to specific collections. Meet with cosmetic fillers and lacquer companies to bring the latest in
color, trend and formulation to the market. Responsible for working with overseas suppliers on
all products from concept to completion to insure proper color, fragrance, formula, components
and art is properly executed. Work closely with the fillers of these products and make
arrangements for the filling, labeling and transferring of the merchandise from filler to client.

• A key player in the upstart of OFF LIMITS Accessories a junior costume jewelry, accessory and
cosmetic company which was the sister company to OFFSHOOTS, a children’s accessory
company. Responsible for developing the trend lines in jewelry and accessories as well as trend
cosmetic items and gift sets. Worked directly with buyers to bring these lines to market. Created
trend presentations for use in sales and merchandise meetings.
