Plant Manager - Direct oversight of a composite manufacturing facility specializing in the manufacturing of composite
aerospace products for both commercial and military application. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the
facility including P&L, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Human Resources and Quality. Business growth and customer
relations were a focal point commanding high level activity.
• Doubled plant revenue from NYBUD 2010 of $42M to current 2013 NYBUD of $86M.
• Effectively managed 300+ direct, indirect and salaried employees
• Introduced management of Lean activities to increase overall plant throughput and business growth without
further floor-space expansion

TRW AUTOMOTIVE, Saginaw, MI 2004 – 2010
A $15B Tier 1 automotive supplier
Plant Manager, Saginaw Braking Plant (2009 – 2010) – Direct management of recently purchased $800M facility with
responsibility for General Motors Braking Systems. Responsible for the stabilization of aging 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. union
facility manufacturing and assembling braking systems for North American production with oversight for 700 Employees.
• Planned and implemented quick efficiency turnaround for one of the largest machining plants in North America.
• Launched management oversight for GMT900 & Delta 2 Programs – Knuckle & Rotor Manufacturing and Assm.
• Opened communication channels and greatly improved union relation with 200+ Indirect UAW employees.

Plant Manager - Sterling Heights R. Mancini Plant (2005 – 2009) – Responsible for the launch of a new Greenfield site
to assemble and sequence Front & Rear Suspensions, Rear Braking Modules and Front & Rear Shock Modules for
Chrysler SHAP (JS Program). Direct responsibility for all plant P&L, operational forecasting and sales outlook.
Management of staff level managers that direct Manufacturing, Human Resources, Lean Productions (Six Sigma), EH&S,
Maintenance, Finance, Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Exceeded revenue target for new plant and achieved $200M in initial full year of operation and grew business to
exceed $250M in second year.
• Managed the building of new facility and program equipment installation.

Plant Manager - Sterling Heights Van Dyke Road Plant (2004 - 2006) – Managed 130 UAW hourly employees and 40
salaried employees in a two shift operation in a 500K sq. ft., 80 acre campus facility, and an additional 150 salaried
employees including purchasing, sales and engineering. Direct responsibility for all P&L, operational and sales
forecasting and 8 staff level managers for Direct Manufacturing, Human Resources, Lean Productions (Six Sigma), EH&S,
Maintenance, Finance, Engineering and Quality Assurance.
• Reduced hourly overtime by $1.3 million, salaried overtime by $700K, and hourly headcount by 20% in first year.
• Won new business for TRW – Ford T1, Mazda 38X, Ford D3, DCX JK and Ford EN/FN 145.
• Reduced plant quality PPM from 64 to 9 and improved Service Delivery ratings from 78.6% to 98.3%

Fascia supplier to Ford Michigan Truck in an Inline Vehicle Sequencing (ILVS) and Just-in Time (JIT) environment.
• Built facility from breaking ground through launch of U222/8 Ford Expedition/Lincoln Navigator program.
